Register move operation is encoded as alu no op. This means that one has to specify number of unused/none parameters to the emit_alu(). Add a helper. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
