The CTR transfer works in fragments of data of maximum 1 MByte because
of the 16 bit CTR counter embedded in the IP. Fix the CTR counter
overflow handling for messages larger than 1 MByte.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
