lguest: prevent VISWS or VOYAGER randconfigs

Browse Source 
Keep lguest from being enabled on VISWS or VOYAGER configs, just as is
already done for VMI and XEN.  Otherwise randconfigs with VISWS and LGUEST
have this problem:
