Johannes Berg ff5c4dc4cd wifi: nl80211: fix some attribute policy entries ...

The new NL80211_CMD_ADD_LINK_STA and NL80211_CMD_MODIFY_LINK_STA
commands have strict policy validation, so fix the policy so it
can be validated correctly.
