Paul Cercueil 592870e6ed dt/bindings: Document gpio-ingenic ...

This commit adds documentation for the devicetree bindings of the
gpio-ingenic driver, which handles GPIOs of the Ingenic SoCs
currently supported by the Linux kernel.
