Josh Poimboeuf eb0481bbc4 objtool: Fix reloc_hash size ...

With CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO, DWARF creates a lot of relocations and
reloc_hash is woefully undersized, which can affect performance
significantly.  Fix that.
