Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo e367679f16 perf beauty: Sync UAPI linux/fs.h with kernel sources ...

To pick up changes from:

  0e6b7eae1f ("fs: add FS_XFLAG_VERITY for fs-verity files")

These are used to beautify fs syscall arguments, albeit the changes in
this update are not affecting those beautifiers.

This addresses these tools/perf build warnings:

  Warning: Kernel ABI header differences:
    diff -u tools/perf/trace/beauty/include/uapi/linux/fs.h include/uapi/linux/fs.h
