Dave Young e1ca7788de mm: add vzalloc() and vzalloc_node() helpers ...

Add vzalloc() and vzalloc_node() to encapsulate the
vmalloc-then-memset-zero operation.

Use __GFP_ZERO to zero fill the allocated memory.
