Eric Biggers 8e8c778d9e crypto: hisilicon - select CRYPTO_SKCIPHER, not CRYPTO_BLKCIPHER 
Another instance of CRYPTO_BLKCIPHER made it in just after it was
renamed to CRYPTO_SKCIPHER.  Fix it.
