Jean Delvare 782dd91c87 fujitsu-laptop: Drop unneeded include ...

The fujitsu-laptop driver includes <linux/video_output.h> but doesn't
call any of its functions. Drop the unneeded include to avoid
unnecessary driver rebuilds.
