Pull gpio fixes from Bartosz Golaszewski:

 - fix performance regression when setting values of multiple GPIO lines
   at once

 - make sure the GPIO OF xlate code doesn't end up passing an
   uninitialized local variable to GPIO core

 - update MAINTAINERS
