Alexey Dobriyan cebe41d4b8 sound: use DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE ...

Use DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE() to make PCI device ids go to
.devinit.rodata section, so they can be discarded in some cases,
and make them const.
