This inverts the LE State quirk so by default we assume the controllers
would report valid states rather than invalid which is how quirks
normally behave, also this would result in HCI command failing it the LE
States are really broken thus exposing the controllers that are really
broken in this respect.

ceac1cb025 Bluetooth: btusb: mediatek: add ISO data transmission functions
This patch implements functions for ISO data send and receive in btusb
driver for MediaTek's controller.

MediaTek defines a specific interrupt endpoint for ISO data transmissin
because the characteristics of interrupt endpoint are similar to the
application of ISO data which can support guaranteed transmissin
bandwidth, enough maximum data length and error checking mechanism.

Driver sets up ISO interface and endpoints in btusb_mtk_setup and clears
the setup in btusb_mtk_shutdown. These flow can't move to btmtk.c due to
btusb_driver is only defined in btusb.c when claiming/relaesing interface.
ISO packet anchor stops when driver suspending and resubmit interrupt urb
for ISO data when driver resuming.

958cd6beab Bluetooth: btusb: Fix the patch for MT7920 the affected to MT7921
Because both MT7920 and MT7921 use the same chip ID.
We use the 8th bit of fw_flavor to distingush MT7920.
The original patch made a mistake to check whole fw_flavor,
that makes the condition both true (dev_id == 0x7961 && fw_flavor),
and makes MT7921 flow wrong.

In this patch, we correct the flow to get the 8th bit value for MT7920.
And the patch is verified pass with both MT7920 and MT7921.

48201a3b3f Bluetooth: Add new quirk for broken read key length on ATS2851
The ATS2851 controller erroneously reports support for the "Read
Encryption Key Length" HCI command. This makes it unable to connect
to any devices, since this command is issued by the kernel during the
connection process in response to an "Encryption Change" HCI event.

Add a new quirk (HCI_QUIRK_BROKEN_ENC_KEY_SIZE) to hint that the command
is unsupported, preventing it from interrupting the connection process.

This is the error log from btmon before this patch:

> HCI Event: Encryption Change (0x08) plen 4
        Status: Success (0x00)
        Handle: 2048 Address: ...
        Encryption: Enabled with E0 (0x01)
< HCI Command: Read Encryption Key Size (0x05|0x0008) plen 2
        Handle: 2048 Address: ...
> HCI Event: Command Status (0x0f) plen 4
Read Encryption Key Size (0x05|0x0008) ncmd 1
        Status: Unknown HCI Command (0x01)

49a78b05d5 USB: core: Use device_driver directly in struct usb_driver and usb_device_driver
There is usbdrv_wrap in struct usb_driver and usb_device_driver, it
contains device_driver and for_devices. for_devices is used to
distinguish between device drivers and interface drivers.

Like the is_usb_device(), it tests the type of the device. We can test
that if the probe of device_driver is equal to usb_probe_device in
is_usb_device_driver(), and then the struct usbdrv_wrap is no longer
needed.

Clean up struct usbdrv_wrap, use device_driver directly in struct
usb_driver and usb_device_driver. This makes the code cleaner.

0b70151328 Bluetooth: btusb: mediatek: add MediaTek devcoredump support
This patch implement function .coredump() and dmp_hdr() in btusb
driver for MediaTek controller. FW core dump was triggered by FW
specific event to show something unexpected happened in the controller.

The driver would be responsible for collecting and uploading the device
core dump pieces in hci driver using core dump API. Once we finished
the whole process, the driver would reset the controller to recover the
kind of fatal error.

8f0a3786f5 Bluetooth: btintel: Add support to reset bluetooth via ACPI DSM
New Intel platforms supports reset of Bluetooth device via ACPI DSM
methods. The legacy reset mechanism via GPIO will be deprecated in
future. This patch checks the platform support for reset methods and if
supported uses the same instead of legacy GPIO toggling method.

ACPI firmware supports two types of reset method based on NIC card.
(Discrete or Integrated).

1. VSEC Type - Vendor Specific Extended Capability. Here BT_EN and
BT_IF_SELECT lines are driven by a register in PCH cluster. This
interface is supported on discrete BT solution.

2. WDISABLE2 - In this soluton, W_DISABLE2 pin in M.2 is connected to
physical GPIO from PCH. The DSM interface shall toggle this to recover
   from error.

95b7015433 Bluetooth: btusb: Fix bluetooth on Intel Macbook 2014
Commit c13380a555 ("Bluetooth: btusb: Do not require hardcoded
interface numbers") inadvertedly broke bluetooth on Intel Macbook 2014.
The intention was to keep behavior intact when BTUSB_IFNUM_2 is set and
otherwise allow any interface numbers. The problem is that the new logic
condition omits the case where bInterfaceNumber is 0.

Fix BTUSB_IFNUM_2 handling by allowing both interface number 0 and 2
when the flag is set.

c13380a555 Bluetooth: btusb: Do not require hardcoded interface numbers
Remove hardcoded interface number check because Bluetooth specification
since version 4.0 only recommends and no longer requires specific
interface numbers.

While earlier Bluetooth versions, i.e. 2.1 + EDR and 3.0 + HS, contain
required configuration table in Volume 4 - Host Controller Interface
Part B - USB Transport Layer, Bluetooth Core Specification Addendum 2
changes the table from required to recommended configuration.

b3fdb8c978 Bluetooth: Work around SCO over USB HCI design defect
The USB interface between the host and the bluetooth adapter used for
SCO packets uses an USB isochronous endpoint with a fragmentation scheme
that does not tolerate errors. Except USB isochronous transfers do
not provide a reliable stream with guaranteed delivery. (There is no
retry on error, see USB spec v2.0 5.6 and 8.5.5.)

To fragment a packet, the bluetooth HCI simply splits it in parts and
transfer them as-is. The receiver is expected to reconstruct the packet
by assuming the first fragment contains the header and parsing its size
field. There is no error detection either.

If a fragment is lost, the end result is that the kernel is no longer
synchronized and will pass malformed data to the upper layers, since it
has no way to tell if the first fragment is an actual first fragment or
a continuation fragment. Resynchronization can only happen by luck and
requires an unbounded amount of time.

The typical symptom for a HSP/HFP bluetooth headset is that the
microphone stops working and dmesg contains piles of rate-limited
"Bluetooth: hci0: SCO packet for unknown connection handle XXXX"
errors for an indeterminate amount of time, until the kernel accidentally
resynchronize.

A workaround is to ask the upper layer to prevalidate the first fragment
header. This is not possible with user channels so this workaround is
disabled in this case.

This problem is the most severe when using an ath3k adapter on an i.MX 6
board, where packet loss occur regularly, possibly because it is an USB1
device connected on an USB2 hub and this is a special case requiring
split transactions.

955aebd445 Bluetooth: btusb: Add debug message for CSR controllers
The rationale of showing this is that it's potentially critical
information to diagnose and find more CSR compatibility bugs in the
future and it will save a lot of headaches.

Given that clones come from a wide array of vendors (some are actually
Barrot, some are something else) and these numbers are what let us find
differences between actual and fake ones, it will be immensely helpful
to scour the Internet looking for this pattern and building an actual
database to find correlations and improve the checks.

42d7731e3e Bluetooth: btusb: Fix CSR clones again by re-adding ERR_DATA_REPORTING quirk
A patch series by a Qualcomm engineer essentially removed my
quirk/workaround because they thought it was unnecessary.

It wasn't, and it broke everything again:

https://patchwork.kernel.org/project/netdevbpf/list/?series=661703&archive=both&state=*

He argues that the quirk is not necessary because the code should check
if the dongle says if it's supported or not. The problem is that for
these Chinese CSR clones they say that it would work:

fd3f106677 Bluetooth: btusb: mediatek: fix WMT failure during runtime suspend
WMT cmd/event doesn't follow up the generic HCI cmd/event handling, it
needs constantly polling control pipe until the host received the WMT
event, thus, we should require to specifically acquire PM counter on the
USB to prevent the interface from entering auto suspended while WMT
cmd/event in progress.
