Pull documentation updates from Jonathan Corbet:
"It has been a relatively busy cycle in docsland, with changes all
over:
- Bring the kernel memory-model docs into the Sphinx build in the
"literal include" mode.
- Lots of build-infrastructure work, further cleaning up long-term
kernel-doc technical debt. The sphinx-pre-install tool has been
converted to Python and updated for current systems.
- A new tool to detect when documents have been moved and generate
HTML redirects; this can be used on kernel.org (or any other site
hosting the rendered docs) to avoid breaking links.
- Automated processing of the YAML files describing the netlink
protocol.
- A significant update of the maintainer's PGP guide.
... and a seemingly endless series of typo fixes, build-problem fixes,
etc"

Patches adding new device bindings should avoid 'YAML' keyword in the
subject, because all bindings are supposed to be in DT schema format,
which uses YAML. The DT schema is welcomed only in case of patches
doing conversion. Effectively people get confused that subject should
not contain anything else than device name after the prefix, so add two
recommended examples.

Document two rules already widely used and enforced by DT maintainers
and SoC platform maintainers:
1. DTS patches should be placed at the end of driver patchset to
indicate no dependencies of driver code on DTS.
2. DTS patches should be applied via SoC platform maintainers, because
it is a driver-independent hardware description. However some
driver maintainers are reluctant to pick up portions of patchsets and
prefer to take entire set at once. For such cases, the DTS portion
should be split into separate patchset, so it will not end up in the
driver subsystem integration tree.

Pull devicetree updates from Rob Herring:
- Refactor powerpc and arm64 kexec DT handling to common code. This
enables IMA on arm64.
- Add kbuild support for applying DT overlays at build time. The first
user are the DT unittests.
- Fix kerneldoc formatting and W=1 warnings in drivers/of/
- Fix handling 64-bit flag on PCI resources
- Bump dtschema version required to v2021.2.1
- Enable undocumented compatible checks for dtbs_check. This allows
tracking of missing binding schemas.
- DT docs improvements. Regroup the DT docs and add the example schema
and DT kernel ABI docs to the doc build.
- Convert Broadcom Bluetooth and video-mux bindings to schema
- Add QCom sm8250 Venus video codec binding schema
- Add vendor prefixes for AESOP, YIC System Co., Ltd, and Siliconfile
Technologies Inc.
- Cleanup of DT schema type references on common properties and
standard unit properties
