tools include UAPI: Sync linux/vhost.h with the kernel sources

To get the changes in:

  a940e0a685 ("vhost: fix VHOST_*_OWNER documentation")

That just changed lines in comments

This addresses this perf build warning:

  Warning: Kernel ABI header differences:
    diff -u tools/perf/trace/beauty/include/uapi/linux/vhost.h include/uapi/linux/vhost.h
